Great Job!

The graphics and sound quality weren't that good, but the great storyline/comedic timing made up for it! I love how he mocks the guy who is talking. I know everyone who ever tried AOL has screamed at it like that guy, and then went to an easier, less expensive ISP. Unless they were stupid enough to figure they don't need the AOL browser to do anything, and just payed $50 a month to use IE... It was awesome.

A few things...

Should have made a loading screen, for starters. I was sitting there, watching this, wondering if the splits in the song were done on purpose, but I don't think they were, because it was loading while the movie was playing. I enjoyed the dog getting smacked, just because it was a little humorous, but other than that, it wasn't the best or the worst thing I've ever seen on here.

thanks for comment..
i just forgot to add one..
and im afraid to go back into script cause i might screw something up..

but i promise to have preloader in the future..

Ugh...

That was the most boring and unrelentlessly annoying thing I've seen so far... please put more thought and effort into it next time...

Nice

Now that I've watched all three RPBs, I've noticed that, though unintentional, a plot IS actually being formed. In RPB 1, it was just random and pointless, but in RPB 2, he fights a small fuzzy animal, which kills him, and it has a suspense ending when you say, "Is this the end for our blue hero?" The same small fuzzy animal returns for his own pointless battle in RPB 3, so therefore, there is, somewhat, a plot. I still love this series, and I hope I'm informed when the next one comes out.

TheAmateurAnimator responds:

There is, kinda, a plot. Good guy fights. Good guy kills bad guy. New guy kills bad guy. New guy becomes good guy. Good guy kills new bad guy. I hope I deviate from the pattern. I don't want the new good guy getting killed off!

Cool

After watching RPB 3, I decided to go and watch your other works. While this isn't as good as RPB 3, I didn't expect it to be. It was a great fight scene, however, and I always enjoy your sound effects/music, because it is mostly ripped from Star Wars. Good job on this.

TheAmateurAnimator responds:

Thanks d00d.

That was fucking AWESOME!

Seriously, that was the best fight scene I have seen on NG in my 7 months here... It was great, and I loved how you incorporated lightsabers into it. My only critique: You should make a storyline with it. Have a reason why they are fighting, and it would be perfect. Maybe a little openning cartoon with the background story. Other than that, good job man, I'm looking forward to RPB 4

TheAmateurAnimator responds:

Thanks! But RPB doesn't have a storyline, just recurring characters fighting. Why do you thnk it's called Random Pointless Battles? You're fucking AWESOME!

Woah...

(If you haven't watched the movie yet, don't read my review.) That was a great plot twist! I thought it was inevitable that the mouse would die... The birds eyes going wide before it got swallowed whole... priceless. The only things that could be better are the graphics and the sound. Other than that, it was pretty good. Keep up the good work!

starkravenmadd responds:

thanks.. i appreciate the appreciation.. yes i wished i could draw, but my best are stick people.. :) ill work on better graphics. thanks!

Good Concept!

I gave you a, "W00T! ALL MY 5 R BELONG TO THIS!!!" Based on you paragraph. The concept for it is great, I'm looking forward to it. If there were a, "totally awesome idea," thing there at the top, I'd give it a 10. Anyway, the graphics aren't very good, (especially considering that the thumb went the same way as the rest of the fingers on the hilt of his sword,) and the style isn't perfect because it's not very original. The sword sound got you a boost in points. Anyway, work on the graphics and make it a full view of Epona and Link, and you'll have something great! (By the way, if your movie is protected, I get a protection point!)

dolfan4life89 responds:

thanks for the review. The sword sound was made by me...my pair of sais came in hand their...

Awesome!

Everything is great, and I love anime. The only flaw is the dialogue goes by too fast to read all of it sometimes. Work on that, and you will have something that I think everyone will agree deserves a 5 out of 5.

Great Flash!

Ooh. Stone like preloader game... Doggies get browny points... Haha. My high score kind of sucked, because the movie finished loading while I was playing. It was 2762... Anyway, in the event of an emergency... lol, on with the review. It rules. Not many flash animations are better. Keep up the good work, and keep up with the preloader games!

flash-hounds responds:

thanks, were actually making a game, dunno if the game will have its own pre loader game tho...
